Overview
Who Should Administer the FHI?

However, many deafblind and multiply impaired/visually impaired students do not receive services from professionals in deafblindness or AI Specialists. In this case, the VI teacher, the speech/language pathologist, speech therapist, or the classroom teacher, parent/primary care giver, OT, PT or a paraprofessional should complete the inventory. If the child is receiving early childhood intervention services, the inventory should be completed by the AI specialist, if applicable, the early childhood specialist, and the parent(s).
