The pre-data is collected from parents and teachers. You may use the Parent/Teacher Questionnaires to get more information before beginning observations.

The child is a 5-year-old Hispanic female. Her primary diagnosis is deafblindness, though she has some physical limitations as well. You do not have a copy of her audiological report, but the teacher says she has a moderate/severe hearing loss. She goes to kindergarten in a separate classroom for children with disabilities. She does not wear a hearing aid, FM system or Cochlear Implant.
