The categories of Background Noise, Intensity of Signal, Level of Response and Consistency of Response are listed using a numerical coding system within each category. The numerical coding will be used to complete the form. An explanation of each code is provided. Be familiar with the categories and codes prior to beginning the FHI with a student.
